Sunspot eruption

Two days ago, the entire Earth-facing side of our sun erupted in tumultuous activity, and NASA scientists have warned that a mass of superhot plasma blasted out of the sun, possibly hitting the earth as early as Tuesday,

Sunspot has erupted with mightiest solar flare in four years.
There are some 90 sunspots that have been spotted from the Sun and sunspot 1158 in the center is as large as several times the Earth, according to the agency.
The number of days with no sunspots found has decreased from 269 days in 2009 to 51 days in 2010, and one day as of Wednesday this year, indicating that sunspots are expected to occur frequently leading to damage to the Earth.

  1. Incredible!!! And I really enjoyed reading about the lady who sells her cooked foods at the market each day....15 hours a day?!!! She has a lot of stamina.

But this sun shot....it's beautiful in a dangerous way.
