Hello guys been a while for a long time. I really missed blogging and do online things but I been so busy for almost a decayed now. And I don't have any thoughts to write here in my blogs. Anyway this time I wanted to resume my blogs about my health and weight loss journey with right exercise and proper diet.
Here is my little secret since I was a little, I been very thin since then, I have few classmates that are chubby and they are looking cute with their (chubbiness). Ever since I really wanted to be a chubby one too, I bought some vitamins from my pocket money but the bad luck still following me. I never tried to gain weight since I was a little until at the age of 23.
I got married at the age of 22 and after giving birth to my 2 children my body got expanded and since then i been very fat. Until last 2013 I was 75 kilos and it gives me so much stress and lack of self confident. But the story yet not to end, I made a plan to loss my weight and wanted to be back the old me.
I been on diet planning for 1 month now and I loss 8kg for just a month. Healthy diet and exercise is really a ig help.
